Lohan had been sentenced to community service in a women’s shelter but failed to show up as required and was actually kicked out by the shelter for her behavior. All of this landed her back in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner.
In court today, Judge Sautner gave Lohan strict instructions related to her new sentence of 30 days, and the remainder of her community service, which will be served at the L.A. County Morgue. Part of the sentence also includes sessions with a psychotherapist.
The judge told Lohan that if she slips up again, a warrant will be issued for her arrest and she will be sentenced to an additional 270 days in jail. Of her current 30 day sentence, the Sherrif’s department says that she will have to serve only 6 days of it in the actual jail.
Reports indicate that Lohan has been tweeting about her time in the county morgue. Today the judge suggested that Lindsay stop doing that.
As she walked out of court today, Lohan was heard saying under her breath, “Thank God.”
