On February 23, 2013, a somewhat unconventional fitness concept opened to the public in Winter Park, Florida part of the Orlando area in Central Florida. Known as the TITLE Boxing Club, the fitness center is a unique workout concept that offers a POWER HOUR workout that burns up to 1,000 calories in an hour in a group setting implementing moves that professional boxers use to workout.
According to the company, Boxing as a workout is catching fire across the nation, especially among the women demographic. The new club, conveniently located in the Winter Park Corners Shopping Center located on the corner of Aloma Avenue and N. Lakemont Avenue, is the first of three clubs that plan to open in the area.
“Consumers are tired of the same old traditional gym model and are searching for a workout program that will give them fast results they can actually see,” said Homaira Mirzai, owner of TITLE Boxing Club in Winter Park. “The TITLE Boxing Club workout is based on a professional boxer’s training regimen, so it’s actually going to give members the results they want while at the same time changing them on a physical and mental level. This workout is catching fire, especially among women. They leave the clubs with an unmatched sense of empowerment. It changes their lives.”
The club focuses on intense, fun and effective group boxing exercises that change members emotionally and physically, changing their lifestyle and leaving them feeling empowered. TITLE Boxing Club, a fitness concept that offers explosive total body boxing and kickboxing workouts, is creating a frenzy among fitness junkies in Florida looking for an effective way to get in shape.
There are already five other TITLE Boxing Club locations open and operating in Florida, including Brandon, Naples, Carrollwood, Jacksonville, and Jupiter. Mirzai plans to open additional locations in the Altamonte Springs/Winter Springs area and the Lake Mary/Heathrow area.
“TITLE Boxing Club is filling a niche in the fitness industry as women ages 30-45 years old are the largest demographic taking part,” said Mirzai. “The 60-minute workout guarantees results and the non-threatening environment appeals to women. The concept is really catching fire and we’re excited to be able to offer such a fun, effective workout to residents in the area.”
