Brad and Angelina Visit Hospital
In 2009, Brad Pitt and his family reportedly donated about one million dollars to the St. John’s Foundation for Community Health when they had the center’s pediatric cancer center dedicated to Brad’s mother, Jane. In reports, hospital spokesperson, Cora Scott indicated that Jane Pitt is a very kind person who cares a great deal for the ill children and has been as asset to the community.
In something of a surprise, Brad and Angelina made an unscheduled stop to the center, in Brad’s hometown of Springfield, Mo., on their way back from Africa where they spent the Christmas holiday.
The two spent just under an hour visiting the children along with Brad Pitt’s brother Doug and his parents. According to Scott, it was a pleasant visit and a nice surprise.
There was no word on where the couple would head to celebrate New Years Eve and welcome in 2011.
