The jury was back and the court got back to business yesterday in the murder trial of Casey Anthony in Orlando, as Anthony stands trial for the murder of her 2 year old daughter Caylee Anthony in 2008.
In a new break, prosecution has learned that another inmate (April Whalen) in the jail with Casey Anthony told a story about how her daughter drowned in a family pool. The story is eerily similar to the latest story Casey came up with to explain what happened to her daughter. With so many lies from Anthony, the prosecution believes that this story is what Casey used to come up with her latest claim.

Trial had been suspended on Monday after the judge gave the attorneys a strongly worded warning to “act professional” and continue to move the trial forward in an expeditious manner.
The live video coverage on the internet has continued uninterrupted, and many of the media outlets are covering the trial live as well. In the local Orlando market, the news stations carry the trial without commercial interruptions, but for those outside of the area, only the internet streaming video offered the same coverage.
In addition to the breaking news, from April Whalen), most of the day on Tuesday centered around DNA experts testifying for the Defense. The prosecution was able to successfully pick apart the witnesses credibility, getting them to admit that they were actually a “student”, and their company consisted of the witness, his wife and one other person working out of a converted barn for a laboratory.
