Cindy Anthony Breaks down during testimony on Saturday when viewing pictures of her grandaughter Caylee and her bed where she slept.
Court resumes today as Cindy Anthony will take the stand again to continue her testimony. It was an emotional session on Saturday as Cindy broke down while viewing pictures of Caylee’s crib and talked about life with her granddaughter leading up to her disappearance and death.
Today will be defense attorney. Jose Baez’s opportunity to cross examine Cindy who testified against her daughter Casey on Saturday. Broadcast of the trial is set to being at 9AM Eastern.

During her testimony on Saturday, Cindy Anthony was asked about the backyard pool where Casey now says that little Caylee accidentally drowned. Cindy was very clear that the ladder for access to the above-ground pool was always taken down to keep Caylee safe, and would have been too heavy for her to lift by herself.
Experts speculate that the defense will go after Cindy today trying to get her to admit that she may have left the ladder in place, giving credence to Casey’s latest version of what happened to her daughter.
