The drama continues online and on television as viewers tune in to watch the Jodi Arias trial online via live streaming, as well as complete television coverage from networks including CNN’s Headline News (HLN). Well into its second month, the focus of the murder trial now centers on the prosecutions cross examination of the defense team’s Psychotherapist who testified about the abuse allegations made by Jodi Arias against Travis Alexander.

For days now the prosecutors in the case against Arias have been hammering on the psychotherapist who’s testimony and expert opinion are vital to the self-defense argument that Jodi Arias’ lawyers are trying to establish.
The defense team has been trying to paint an ugly picture of Alexander, the murder victim, as a sexual deviant and an abusive boyfriend. But over this week, the prosecution has been working hard to poke holes in the self-defense theory by showing weaknesses in the expert witness testimony.
If found guilty Arias, who is on trial for the murder of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander, could face the death penalty.
