This year the 2012 NBA All-Star game and weekend events are being held at the newly constructed Amway Center in Orlando. This is the 61st NBA All-Star Game and will be played on Sunday, Feb. 26 and be aired on TNT.
For NBA fans attending the events during the NBA All-Star weekend, American Express has announced that they will make it easy for their Cardmembers and all fans in Orlando to get closer to the action of one of the most sought-after events in sports.

Throughout the weekend, American Express will host NBA fans at Universal Orlando CityWalk® for the American Express NBA All-Star Viewing Parties. NBA City at Universal CityWalk restaurant will also serve as a Cardmember-only lounge on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Cardmembers in Orlando, once they show their Card, can enjoy reserved seating, special appearances by NBA Legends and former players, as well as complimentary food & beverages and special merchandise offers.
American Express® Cardmembers who check in with foursquare at any NBA Store location at NBA All-Star Jam Session, the Amway Center and NBA All-Star partner hotels with retail kiosks can unlock an exclusive offer from American Express: $10 statement credit when they spend $30 or more on their American Express Card at participating merchants.
