Steve Jobs FBI File Complete Document Available for PDF Download

When Steve Jobs was being considered for an appointment by the George H.W. Bush administration (Bush Senior), the FBI performed a required background check on the world famous Apple CEO. Now that he has passed away, the complete 191 page FBI file on Steve Jobs is available here for download. The authorized Steve Jobs biography, however, is a better read.

While many in the media have been quick to point out all of the gossip worth items released in the file, including drug use and how hard Jobs was in his dealings with some people, little of the information in the report is really new.

In the authorized biography, requested by Steve and his wife of author Walter Isaacson, titled simply ‘Steve Jobs’, Isaacson interviewed hundreds of friends, family, and other who knew the co-founder of one of the most influential companies in history.

The biography was in no way influenced or edited by Jobs or his wife who said that although Steve’s personal life was “messy”, she believed that his was an incredible story and that it should be told truthfully with no “whitewashing.”

The Steve Jobs biography covers his entire life including the background on his parents who adopted, loved, and raised him from just after birth, as well as background on his biological mother and father. The book holds nothing back and is a more interesting and insightful read than a 191 pages from the FBI.
