Usain Bolt, World’s Fastest Man Disqualified from 100 Meters in World Championships in Korea

Usain Bolt, the man who stole the stage in the last summers Olympics and earned the title as the world’s fastest man made a huge mistake in the 100 meter race at the World Track and Field Championship in Korea. Bolt jumped early with a false start in the race forcing him out of his greatest event with a disqualification.

Over the past three years Bolt has reigned supreme in this race setting several world records and winning gold metals virtually everywhere on the planet. Usain Bolt currently holds the world record in the 100 meters with a time of 9.58 seconds.

With Bolt out of the finals in the 100 meter, the gold metal was won by Blake with a slower time of 9.92. Blake was the only runner in the final race with a sub 10 second time. Second place with the silver metal went to Dix at 10.08 and Kim Collins took home the bronze with 10.09.
