Two weeks ago, reports broke about a boating accident which resulted in severe injuries for the 11 year old stepson of music artist Usher. Today media outlets are reporting the Usher’s stepson, Kirk Glover has died as a result of his injures.
Kirk Glover was the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster. Reports from Atlanta in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution indicated that Glover had died on Saturday morning at the hospital in that city.
Glover had been hit by a personal water craft on July 6 and was sent to the hospital with a brain injury at that time. The accident occurred on Lake Lanier located about 40 miles to the northeast from Atlanta.
The funeral arrangements are reportedly being handled by the Willie A. Watkins funeral home in Atlanta, according to reports from the USA Today. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution also reported that among the online condolences which have flooded the family are some from other celebrities including Justin Bieber, Toni Braxton and Eric Benet.
