For fans of the original series with Carl Sagan, tonight’s world premier of ‘COSMOS: A Space Time Odyssey’ is a welcome treasure. The revival of one of the most influential television series of all-time begins tonight across 10 television channels of the FOX and National Geographic networks.
Internet viewers have already had the opportunity to watch some sneak peeks, live Q&A with the producers, and other COSMOS videos online – with much more to come. Most recently, FOX LIVE on Livestream featured a live online video stream of COSMOS premier screening and live global Q&A event.

A dedicated web site to the new COSMOS series have been put together at cosmosontv.com which houses a wealth of video and other downloadable content only available to online viewers.
Producer Seth MacFarlane has reportedly done a wonderful job in bring the COSMOS series into the 21st century. Hosted by world-renowned scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson, viewers can expect to be takes on a journey of exploration like nothing before it.
Those who just can’t wait for the premier at 9PM eastern time tonight, can get started exploring everything COSMOS online, including videos with Tyson, Macfarlane, and Ann Druyan. Druyan is the wife of the late Carl Sagan and a collaborator on the original COSMOS series and other works of Sagan.
For those who are not familiar with the original ground-breaking series, the original COSMOS is available on DVD and can also be streamed online through sites like Netflix.
