After a break for the weekend, the live online video stream of the Zimmerman trial begins its second week of testimony and cross-examination by the attorneys for both sides today. As viewers tune in to watch, the television networks including CNN, HLN and MSNBC resume their live coverage of the trial in addition to the online video streams.
This new trend in high profile murder cases is allowing individuals to watch trials like the Zimmerman case live on their mobile devices, tablets and even smart phones like iPhone and Android. As the court television capture the drama, media outlets stream the coverage live to online viewers over the internet.

Last week a number of witnesses for the prosecution took the stand and were then subjected to cross-examination for the defense. Many legal experts have indicated that many of the prosecution witnesses may have actually help the defense more than the state.
In the case, in which George Zimmerman is claiming self-defense, the prosecution has the burden of proof. They must prove that, based on the evidence, Zimmerman was not in fear for his life and was unjust in escalating from the fist-fight to using a gun to shoot and kill Trayvon Martin.
