The show is scheduled to air on Wednesday July 31st at 10PM ET/PT on the Science Channel.

According to a press release, next Wednesday’s season finale of THROUGH THE WORMHOLE WITH MORGAN FREEMAN, tackles the show’s most controversial question so far. In the upcoming episode, Morgan Freeman and his team of scientists challenge viewers to take a stance on the debated theories of human evolution.

For those watching, the Science Channel asks: “Do you side with the advocates in the random act of evolution or the believers in Intelligent Design who argue that complex life could not have evolved randomly?

“One could believe the evolutionary scientists, who explain the gaps in fossil records by bringing once extinct species back to life as robots. Or, others can support the engineers who discovered a single pattern that appears throughout the entire universe, which suggests that, the existence of a ‘moral molecule’ in our brains is a sign that humanity was indeed created by God.” Share your comments below.
