Trial Adjourns Early as Casey Anthony feels sick seeing pictures of Caylee Anthony's body

During the trial of Casey Anthony yesterday, the jury and all in the courtroom were able to see pictures of Caylee’s body as it was when found in the woods and recovered by the Orange County Coroner’s office.

After weeks of trial with little to no emotion from Casey Anthony, accused of killing her little girl Caylee, the images of the crime scene, the body, and the endless discussion of the images appeared to finally get to her. The one camera which is always focused on Casey during the trial (known as Casey Cam), showed her constantly wiping her eyes and nose as the lead CSI and the Coroner testified about the images and the wooded area where Caylee’s body was found.

Just prior to the court taking its mid-afternoon break, Casey appeared as if she might be feeling nauseous. When the proceeding resumed, the Judge dismissed the Jury telling them that court would adjourn for the day due to some issues, and told them not to try to guess at any reasons. The jury was unaware that the defense had asked the Judge to stop the trial for the day as Casey was unable to continue.

The judge kept this fact from the jury so as not to influence them in any way. Today, the testimony and the pictures of little Caylee’s body and her tattered clothing will continue, unless Casey is still unable to continue.
